Caregiver Support Program

The Caregiver Support Program is designed to help family caregivers  navigate their role in providing care for a family member or friend who is sixty years of age or older and living in Fairfield County. The older adult needing care may live within the caregiver's home or the older adult  may live independently in their own home.

Caregivers have varied challenges and needs based on their unique situations. The Caregiver Support Program is designed to support caregivers by connecting them with programs, services, and education to empower them in their role as caregiver, enhance the quality of care that is offered to their loved one, and ultimately reduce stress that is often associated with caregiving.
